TENANCY - GIVEN BY THE TENANT TO THE LANDLORD 5.5.1 Any Notice to be served on the Landlord pursuant to a clause in this Tenancy Agreement by the Tenant must be served in writing. 5.5.2 The Notice period must be for a minimum of two calendar months to end no earlier than the last day of the Term of the Tenancy. 5.5.3 At least two months prior to the expiry of the Term specified in the Particulars the Tenant shall give Notice to the Landlord specifying whether or not the Tenant will be vacating at the end of the Tenancy or whether the Tenant seeks an extension or renewal of the Tenancy
