Notice to Equity Award Holders. As soon as practicable after the Effective Time, AerCap shall deliver to the holders of Genesis Share Options and Genesis Restricted Shares appropriate notices stating that the Genesis Share Options and Genesis Restricted Shares and related agreements have been assumed by AerCap and shall continue in effect on the same terms and conditions (subject to the adjustments required by this Section 2.3).
