Notice to Escrow Holder and Buyer. If Seller elects to so terminate this Agreement, all of Buyer’s deposits shall be refunded to Buyer within fifteen (15) days of such notice without deduction except disbursements made or payable therefrom to third parties in accordance with Paragraph 15.D below and the parties shall have no further rights or obligations with respect to the Property under this Agreement.
