Notice to Financing Provider by Xxxxx. Buyer shall, concurrently with the delivery of any notice of an event of default under the Assigned Agreement (each, an “Event of Default”) to Seller (a “Default Notice”), provide a copy of such Default Notice to Financing Provider pursuant to Section 9(a) of this Consent and Agreement. In addition, Seller shall provide a copy of the Default Notice to Financing Provider the next business day after receipt from Buyer, independent of any agreement of Buyer to deliver such Default Notice.
