Common use of Notice to Fiscal Agent Clause in Contracts

Notice to Fiscal Agent. The Finance Director shall give the Fiscal Agent written notice of the aggregate amount of Bonds to be redeemed pursuant to subsection (A) not less than 45 days prior to the applicable redemption date.

Notice to Fiscal Agent. The Finance Director Treasurer shall give the Fiscal Agent written notice of the aggregate amount of Reassessment Bonds to be redeemed pursuant to subsection (A) (i) not less than 45 forty-five (45) days prior to the applicable redemption date, or such lesser period as is acceptable to the Fiscal Agent.

Notice to Fiscal Agent. The Finance Director Treasurer shall give the Fiscal Agent written notice (with a copy of the Executive Director) of the aggregate amount of Bonds to be redeemed pursuant to subsection (AA)(i) not less than 45 forty-five (45) days prior to the applicable redemption date, or such lesser number of days as shall be consented to by the Fiscal Agent.

The Finance Director shall give the Fiscal Agent written notice of the aggregate amount of Bonds to be redeemed pursuant to subsection (AA)(i) not less than 45 forty-five (45) days prior to the applicable redemption date, or such lesser number of days as the Fiscal Agent may allow.
