Common use of Notice to Holder of Adjustment Clause in Contracts

Notice to Holder of Adjustment. Whenever the number of shares purchasable upon exercise of this Warrant or the Exercise Price is adjusted as herein provided, the Company will cause to be mailed to the Holder notice setting forth the adjusted number of shares purchasable upon the exercise of the Warrant and the adjusted Exercise Price and showing in reasonable detail the computation of the adjustment and the facts upon which such adjustment is based.
