Notice to Holder of Class CE Certificate. Upon actual knowledge by a Servicing Officer of an event which constitutes a Servicer Event of Default under Section 7.01 of this Agreement or gives rise to an indemnity claim under Sections 3.25, 8.05(b), 10.03(b) or 14.02(g) of this Agreement, such Servicing Officer shall promptly (but in no event later than two Business Days following such knowledge) provide written notice to the Holder of the Class CE Certificate of such event.
