Common use of Notice to Holders of Bonds Clause in Contracts

Notice to Holders of Bonds. Except as is otherwise provided in this Indenture, any provision for the mailing of a notice or other paper to the Holders shall be fully complied with if it is mailed postage prepaid, to the Holder of the Bonds at such Holder's address appearing upon the books of registry kept pursuant to Article VII.
