Notice to Insurers, Tax Authorities and Bankruptcy Trustees. Within fifteen (15) days after the Closing Date, the Purchaser shall, in accordance with applicable Insurer requirements, provide written notice of the transfer to any Insurer requiring such notice; provided, however, that the Purchaser may give aggregate notice whenever possible. The Purchaser shall notify tax-xxxx services of the transfer. The form of all notices pursuant to this Section 5.07 shall be subject to the review and reasonable approval of the Seller.
