NOTICE TO INTEGRITY Clause Samples

The 'Notice to Integrity' clause requires parties to promptly inform each other if they become aware of any actions or circumstances that could compromise the integrity of the agreement or the parties involved. In practice, this might involve notifying the other party about suspected fraud, conflicts of interest, or breaches of ethical standards related to the contract. The core function of this clause is to promote transparency and accountability, helping to prevent or address issues that could undermine trust or the validity of the contractual relationship.
