Common use of Notice to Issuer Clause in Contracts

Notice to Issuer. Any notice to the Issuer under the provisions of this Indenture shall be valid and effective (i) if delivered to the Issuer at 000 Xxxxx Xxx., 00xx Xxxxx, Xxx Xxxx, Xxx Xxxx, 00000., Attention: Xxxxxxxx Xxxx, Chief Executive Officer, (ii) if delivered by email to xxx@xxx-xxxx.xxx, immediately upon sending the email, provided that if such email is not sent during the normal business hours of the recipient, such email shall be deemed to have been sent at the opening of business on the next business day for the recipient, or (iii) if given by registered letter, postage prepaid, to such office and so addressed and if mailed, five days following the mailing thereof. The Issuer may from time to time notify the Trustee in writing of a change of address which thereafter, until changed by like notice, shall be the address of the Issuer for all purposes of this Indenture.
