NOTICE TO LENDER AND RIGHT TO CURE. (i) Manager shall deliver to Lender a copy of any notice of termination or default from Manager to any TRS Lessee under any of the Management Agreements, which notice may be given by Manager to Lender simultaneously with such notice to the applicable TRS Lessee.
