Common use of NOTICE TO MASTER ISSUER SECURED CREDITORS Clause in Contracts

NOTICE TO MASTER ISSUER SECURED CREDITORS. If required by the Master Issuer Security Trustee, the Master Issuer will as soon as practicable notify: (a) the Noteholders in accordance with the Conditions; and (b) each of the other Master Issuer Secured Creditors in accordance with this Deed, in each case, of any modification, authorisation or waiver made under this Clause.
