Notice to Member of Provisions of this Agreement. By executing this Agreement, the Member acknowledges that it has actual notice of (a) all of the provisions of this Agreement, and (b) all of the provisions of the Certificate of Formation. The Member hereby agrees that this Agreement constitutes adequate notice of all such provisions, and the Member hereby waives any requirement that any further notice thereunder be given.
