Notice to Microsoft. You agree to notify Microsoft in writing of any facts or circumstances of which You later become aware that would make Your representations in this Agreement inaccurate in any respect.
Notice to Microsoft. At least 30 days before Company intends to have an Enterprise Customer create an Image or perform an installation as permitted under this Schedule 7, Company must provide Microsoft with a notice that includes the name, address and contact information of that Enterprise Customer. All information must be in English. Company must receive Microsoft’s written approval of Enterprise Customer, prior to allowing it to begin work under this Schedule 7, unless Microsoft notifies Company that such approval isn’t required. Microsoft may provide Company with additional terms, conditions and requirements governing the creation, use, or installation of Images distributed under this Schedule 7, including without limitation regarding the use of Product Keys by an Enterprise Customer as part of such installation.
