If any Mortgagee shall notify Tenant in writing that it is the holder of a Mortgage affecting the Premises, no notice, request or demand thereafter sent by Tenant to Landlord shall be effective unless and until a copy of the same shall also be sent to such Mortgagee in the manner prescribed in Section 17.1 and to such address as such Mortgagee shall designate.
