Common use of Notice to Mortgagors Clause in Contracts

Notice to Mortgagors. The Servicer shall mail to the Mortgagor of each Mortgage a letter advising the Mortgagor of the transfer of the Servicing of the related Mortgage Loan to the successor servicer in accordance with the Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxxxx National Affordable Housing Act of 1990; provided, however, the content and format of the letter shall have the prior approval of the successor servicer. The Servicer shall provide the Owner with electronic data information of a sample of notices no later than the related Transfer Out Date.
