Notice to Obligors. The Servicer will not be required to notify any Obligor that such Obligor's Contract or related Equipment, or any security interest in such Contract or such Equipment, has been sold, transferred, assigned, or conveyed pursuant to this Agreement; provided that, in the event that the Servicer resigns or is replaced, then if the place for payment pursuant to any Contract is changed, the Successor Servicer must give each related Obligor prompt written notice of the appointment of the Successor Servicer and the place to which such Obligor should make payments pursuant to each such Contract.
