Common use of Notice to Obligors Clause in Contracts

Notice to Obligors. At any time during the continuance of any Event of Termination upon the written direction of the Required Lenders or the Administrative Agent, (A) the Collateral Agent may notify the Obligors of Pool Receivables, or any of them, of its interests in the Receivable Pool or Related Assets and instruct them to make payments on the Pool Receivables as instructed by, the Collateral Agent, and may debit and/or charge Obligors’ accounts and credit cards directly or through automated clearing house or ACH, and (B) the Servicer shall (on behalf of the Borrower), at the Servicer’s expense, give notice of the Collateral Agent’s interest in the Pool Receivables to each said Obligor and instruct them to make payments on the Pool Receivables as instructed in writing by, the Collateral Agent or the Administrative Agent.

At any time during the continuance of any Event of Termination Termination, Collection Control Event, or Non-Reinvestment Event, upon the written direction of the Required Lenders Purchasers or the Administrative Agent, (A) the Collateral Agent may shall notify the Obligors of Pool Receivables, or any of them, of its interests in the Receivable Pool or Related Assets Asset Portfolios and the Lease Contracts, and instruct them to make payments on the Pool Receivables as instructed by, the Collateral Agent, and may debit and/or charge Obligors’ accounts and credit cards directly or through automated clearing house or ACH, Agent and (B) the Servicer shall (on behalf of the BorrowerSellers), at the Servicer’s Sellers’ expense, give notice of the Collateral Agent’s interest in the Pool Receivables to each said Obligor and instruct them to make payments on the Pool Receivables as instructed in writing by, the Collateral Agent or the Administrative Agent.
