Common use of Notice to Obligors Clause in Contracts

Notice to Obligors. The Servicer will not be required to notify any Obligor that such Obligor’s Loan, or any security interest in such Loan or related Collateral, has been sold, transferred, assigned, or conveyed pursuant to this Agreement; provided, that, in the event that the Servicer is replaced, then if the place for payment pursuant to any Loan is changed, the Successor Servicer must give each related Obligor prompt written notice of the appointment of the Successor Servicer and the place to which such Obligor should make payments pursuant to each such Loan.
