Notice to Obligors. At any time after the occurrence and during the continuance of a Termination Event or a LOL Downgrade, the Administrator may notify the Obligors of Pool Receivables, or any of them, of the ownership of the Receivable Interest by the Administrator, for the benefit of the Purchasers.
