Notice to Other Member. Within 30 days after the acquisition by any Member (the “Acquiring Member”) or any Affiliate of the Acquiring Member of any Covered Real Property (excluding Covered Real Property acquired by or on behalf of the Company under a Program), the Acquiring Member will provide notice to the other Member of such acquisition. The Acquiring Member’s notice will describe in detail the terms of the acquisition (including the associated costs), the Covered Real Property subject to the acquisition, whether or not the Acquiring Member believes the acquisition of the Covered Real Property by the Company is in its best interests, and the reasons for its conclusions. In addition to the notice, the Acquiring Member will make any and all information concerning the Covered Real Property and the terms of the acquisition available for inspection by the other Member.
