Notice to personal representatives. If any of the parties (being an individual) dies, then until receipt by the other parties of a certified copy of the grant of representation to the estate of the deceased, any notice or other communication addressed to the deceased or to his personal representatives and sent or delivered in accordance with clause 14.1 shall for all purposes be deemed sufficient service of that communication on the deceased and his personal representatives and shall be effectual as if the deceased were still living.
