Notice to Proceed with Construction. 15.1.1 District may issue a Notice to Proceed with Construction (“NTP 2”) within ninety (90) days from the date of the Notice of Award after Guaranteed Maximum Price. Once Developer has received the Notice to Proceed with Construction, Developer shall complete the Work within the period of time indicated in the Contract Documents.
