Notice to Rating Agencies and Certificateholder. The Trustee shall use its best efforts to promptly provide notice to the Rating Agency referred to below Agencies and the Certificate Insurer with respect to each of the following of which it has actual knowledge:
1. Any material change or amendment to this Agreement;
2. The occurrence of any Event of Default that has not been cured;
3. The resignation or termination of the Master Servicer or the Trustee;
4. The repurchase or substitution of Mortgage Loans pursuant to Section 2.043.03;
5. The final payment to Certificateholders; and
