Notice to Remitters of Proceeds. ExxonMobil will make reasonable efforts to notify all remitters of proceeds from the sale of production of this transaction. Except as otherwise provided in the Property Sales Accounting Agreement, ExxonMobil is responsible for obtaining from the remitters revenues accrued before the Effective Time, and Buyer is responsible for obtaining from the remitters revenues accruing after the Effective Time. The Parties will inform the remitters that this transaction has closed by letter-in-lieu-of-transfer order or other documents required by each remitter.
