Common use of Notice to Stockholders Clause in Contracts

Notice to Stockholders. After notice has been given pursuant to Section 2.2, 3.2 or 6.4, the Company shall promptly deliver a copy of the letter as to value included with the most recent existing Appraisal or any Appraisal thereafter received, as the case may be, to the Xxxxx Group and to each Stockholder whose Company Stock is to be purchased pursuant to Section 2.1, 2.6, 3.1, 3.5 or 6.4.
