Common use of Notice to the Banks Clause in Contracts

Notice to the Banks. The Agent shall give prompt telephonic or telecopy notice to each Bank of any notice from the Borrower received pursuant to Section 1.6(a) above and, if such notice requests the Banks to make Eurodollar Loans, the Agent shall give notice to the Borrower and each Bank by like means of the interest rate applicable thereto promptly after the Agent has made such determination.
