Notice to the Operator Sample Clauses

Notice to the Operator. If clause 34.1 (Right to Step-In) applies and the Authority wishes to take action, the Authority shall notify the Operator in writing of the following:- 34.2.1 the action it wishes to take; 34.2.2 the reason for such action; 34.2.3 the date it wishes to commence such action; 34.2.4 the time period which it believes will be necessary for such action; and 34.2.5 to the extent practicable, the effect on the Operator and its obligation to provide the Services during the period such action is being taken.
