Notice to the Partnership. Except as otherwise specifically provided in this Agreement, notice to the Partnership by a Person other than the General Partner shall be deemed duly given when clearly identified as such and duly given to the General Partner in accordance with the procedures set forth in Section 10.9(a). Notice to the Partnership by the General Partner shall be deemed to have been duly given when the substantive contents thereof have been entered by the General Partner into the Partnership’s books and records (without any requirement of further identification).
