Notice to the Underwriter. Such Selling Shareholder will advise the Underwriter promptly, and confirm such advice in writing, of: (i) any change in the information relating to such Selling Shareholder in the Registration Statement, the Pricing Disclosure Package or the Final Prospectus; (ii) any Material Adverse Effect that comes to the attention of such Selling Shareholder; and (iii) any new material information relating to the Company or relating to any matter stated in the Registration Statement, the Pricing Disclosure Package or the Final Prospectus that comes to the attention of such Selling Shareholder.
