Notice to Unitholders and Claimants. Within thirty (30) days after the occurrence of a Dissolution Event, the Board shall provide written notice of the Dissolution Event to each of the Members and any Unitholders who are not Members, and the Board may notify its known claimants and/or publish notice as further provided in the Act.
