Notice upon Series Trustee. Any notice, direction, request, demand, consent or waiver by the Company or any holder to or upon the Series Trustee, registrar or Paying Agent for the Junior Subordinated Notes shall be deemed to have been sufficiently given, made or filed, for all purposes, if given, made or filed in writing at the Corporate Trust Office of the Series Trustee.
