Any All notices, statementsrequests, requests or instructions, claims, demands and other communications required or permitted to be given to either Party pursuant to this Agreement shall hereunder will be in writing and, except to the extent provided in the other provisions of this Agreement, shall and will be given if delivered by messenger, telecopy hand or other electronic transmission, or sent by registered or certified mail, mail (postage prepaid, return receipt requested, addressed to such Party at its address, telecopy number shown below, ) or at such other address as either Party shall have furnished to the other by notice given in accordance with this Clause 29overnight courier (providing proof of delivery) or by e-mail (providing confirmation of transmission). Any notice delivered or made by messenger, telecopy, or mail mailed within the same country shall be deemed to be have been given and received on the date third Business Day following the day of actual delivery as shown by messenger receiptmailing, the addressor’s telecopy machine confirmation or other verifiable electronic receipt, or the registry or certification receipt; provided that if and any notice is actually delivered on a day which is not a Business Day, notice mailed between countries shall be deemed to have been given and received on the seventh Business Day following the day of mailing.
