Unless otherwise provided in this Agreement, any notice required or permitted by this Agreement shall be in writing and shall be deemed sufficient upon delivery, when delivered personally or by overnight courier and addressed to the party to be notified at such party's address as set forth on the signature page to this Agreement or as subsequently modified by written notice. If any date provided for in this Agreement falls on a Saturday, Sunday or legal holiday, such date shall be deemed extended to the next business day.
