Notices and Dates. (a) All notices, requests, demands, and other communications under this Agreement shall be in writing and shall be delivered personally (including by courier) or given by facsimile transmission to the parties at the following addresses (or to such other address as a party may have specified by notice given to the other pursuant to this provision) and shall be deemed given when so received:
