Notices and Dates. All notices or other communications required or permitted under this Agreement shall be made in the manner provided in Section 13.2 of the Merger Agreement. In the event that any date provided for in this Agreement falls on a Saturday, Sunday or legal holiday, such date shall be deemed extended to the next trading day.
