Notices and Demands on Company and Trustee. Any notice, request or demand which by any provision of this Indenture is required or permitted to be given or served by the Trustee or by the holders of Securities on the Company shall be in writing and shall be deemed to have been sufficiently given or served, for all purposes, if given or served at, or sent by registered mail to, the principal office of the Company (until another address is filed in writing by the Company with the Trustee). Any notice, direction, request or demand by any Securityholder to or upon the Trustee shall be in writing and shall be deemed to have been sufficiently given or made, for all purposes, if given or made at, or sent by registered mail to, the office of the Trustee located at 101 Barclay Street, New York, New York 10286, Attenxxxx: Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxx Administration, or at any other address previously furnished in writing to the Company by the Trustee. Any notice required or permitted to be mailed to a Securityholder by the Company or the Trustee pursuant to the provisions of this Indenture shall be in writing and shall be deemed to be properly mailed by being deposited, first class mail postage prepaid, in a post office letter box in the United States addressed to such Securityholder at the address of such holder as shown on the Security Register.
