NOTICES AND DEMANDS TO THE COMPANY AND DEBT WARRANT AGENT. If the Debt Warrant Agent shall receive any notice or demand addressed to the Company by a Holder pursuant to the provisions of this Agreement or a Debt Warrant Certificate (other than notices relating to the exchange[, transfer] or exercise of Debt Warrants), the Debt Warrant Agent shall promptly forward such notice or demand to the Company.
