Notices and Demands to the Company and Equity Warrant Agent. If the Equity Warrant Agent shall receive any notice or demand addressed to the Company by any Holder pursuant to the provisions of the Equity Warrant Certificate, the Equity Warrant Agent shall promptly forward such notice or demand to the Company.
