Notices and Demands to the Company and the Warrant Agent. If the Warrant Agent shall receive any notice or demand addressed to the Company by any Warrantholder pursuant to the provisions of this Agreement or the terms of the Universal Warrants of any series, the Warrant Agent shall promptly forward such notice or demand to the Company.
