Common use of Notices and Financial Information Clause in Contracts

Notices and Financial Information. Until the last Servicing Transfer Date, Seller will furnish, or will cause to be furnished, to Purchasers: (a) within two (2) Business Days after the occurrence of a breach by Seller of the Agreement or this Sale Supplement or any Termination Event or other event that would give HLSS the right to direct Seller to transfer the Servicing Rights with respect to any Deferred Servicing Agreement, notice of such event; (b) any information required to be delivered by Seller pursuant to Section 5.10 of the Subservicing Agreement, which information shall be delivered at such times as specified in Section 5.10 of the Subservicing Agreement, provided that any reference to a “Subject Servicing Agreement” in Section 5.10 of the Subservicing Agreement shall be deemed to be a reference to a “Deferred Servicing Agreement,” for the purposes of this Section 6.7; and (c) such other information regarding the condition or operations, financial or otherwise, of Seller or any of its subsidiaries as HLSS may from time to time reasonably request.
