Common use of Notices and Financial Information Clause in Contracts

Notices and Financial Information. Until the last Servicing Transfer Date, Seller will furnish, or will cause to be furnished, to Purchaser: (a) within two (2) Business Days after the occurrence of a breach by Seller of the Agreement or this Sale Supplement or any Termination Event, notice of such event; (b) any information required to be delivered by Seller pursuant to the Subservicing Agreement; and (c) such other information regarding the condition or operations, financial or otherwise, of Seller or any of its subsidiaries as Purchaser may from time to time reasonably request.
