A party receiving a notice is either deposited that does not comply with such overnight delivery service, transmitted by telecopier, or personally delivered, the technical requirements for notice under this Section may elect to waive any deficiencies and treat the notice as applicable, pursuant to the above provisionshaving been properly given.

Notices and Other Instruments.
