Notices and Publications. All notices to the Holders shall be deemed to have been duly given if published in the Feuille Officielle Suisse du Commerce and in a daily newspaper in Lugano and Zurich.

Notices and Publications. Agent shall assist the Association in notifying Owners of all policies, rules, and regulations adopted by the Board during the term of this Agreement and enforceable against Owners in accordance with the Governing Documents. Such notices shall contain and shall be delivered in accordance with the Governing Documents. With respect to facilitating communications between and among Owners and the Board, the Agent will, at the direction of the Board: (i) assist the Association in the creation and/or maintenance of an Association website, which shall be for an additional cost(s) and described in Exhibit A to this Agreement; (ii) assist the Association with newsletter communications by accepting print ready newsletters, in electronic format, and/or causing the newsletter to be printed and distributed to Owners at the Association’s expense; or (iii) coordinate the receipt of content for the newsletter, format the newsletter for publication, and cause it to be printed and distributed to all Owners at the Association’s expense.
Notices and Publications. All notices to the Holders shall be deemed to have been duly given if provided by the Company to Banca del Gottardo and if published by Banca del Gottardo on behalf of the Company in the Feuille Officielle Suisse du Commerce and in a daily newspaper in Lugano and Zurich.
Notices and Publications a) Any notice or other communication given under the Contract does not have to be in writing unless this Contract expressly requires that it must be in writing.
b) A notice is taken to be received:
i. in the case of verbal communication, at the time of the communication,
ii. in the case of hand delivery, on the date of delivery,
iii. in the case of post, on the second Business Day after posting,
iv. in the case of facsimile, on the date on which the sender’s facsimile machine records that the facsimile was successfully transmitted,
v. in the case of e-mail, on the date on which the sender’s computer or other device from which
vi. on the next Business Day, if received on a day other than a Business Day.
c) Written notice may be delivered by post or by e-mail.
d) We can use electronic communication (such as e-mail or SMS) to give information to You with Your consent.
e) We can decide procedures about how electronic communications will operate and what can be communicated electronically.
f) We will publish things by sending You written notice or posting notices on Our website.
Notices and Publications. All notices to the Holders shall be deemed to have been duly given if communicated to Banca del Gottardo, which will inform accordingly the Noteholders. All notices to the Company by any Holder shall be deemed to have been duly given if sent by fax to the principal office of the Company to the attention of T▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, V.P. Finance, of the Company. (11) Replacement of Notes or Coupons If any Note or Coupon, if printed, is defaced, mutilated, destroyed, stolen or lost, it may be renewed or replaced at the head office of Banca del Gottardo in Lugano, Switzerland on payment of such costs as may be incurred in connection therewith and on presentation of such evidence and indemnity as Banca del Gottardo may require. Defaced or mutilated Notes or Coupons must be surrendered before replacements may be issued.
