Common use of Notices and Records Clause in Contracts

Notices and Records. (a) Any notice, approval or other direction under this Agreement must be in writing and delivered by hand or by prepaid, registered or certified mail to the address detailed in the Key Details for the Representative or, unless the notice is issued under clause 17, sent by email to the email address of the Representative detailed in the Key Details, or as the party notifies the sender from time to time.
