Common use of Notices between the Lenders, the Agent and the Borrower Clause in Contracts

Notices between the Lenders, the Agent and the Borrower. All notices by the Lenders to the Agent shall be through the Agent’s Branch of Account and all notices by the Agent to a Lender shall be through such Lender’s Branch of Account. All notices or communications between the Borrower and the Lenders which are required or contemplated pursuant to the Loan Documents shall be given or made through the Agent at the Agent’s Branch of Account.
