Notices By Other Means. Except as otherwise expressly provided herein, all notices, requests, demands and other communications provided for under the Loan Documents shall be in writing (including facsimile transmission or email) and shall be sent to the applicable party at its address, e-mail address or facsimile number set forth on Exhibit A or on any Administrative Questionnaire, or as to each party, at such other address, e-mail address or facsimile number as shall be designated by such party in a written notice to the other party complying as to delivery with the terms of this Section 9.5. All such notices, requests, demands and other communications shall be effective (i) when received, if sent by facsimile, email, hand delivery or overnight courier shall be deemed to have been given when received, or (ii) three Business Days after the date when sent by registered or certified mail, postage prepaid; provided, however, that notices or requests to the Administrative Agent or any Lender pursuant to any of the provisions of Article II shall not be effective until received by the Administrative Agent or such Lender.
