Notices by Prescribed Means. Notices shall be in writing and shall be delivered by postage- prepaid envelope, personal delivery, email or facsimile and shall be addressed to, respectively, the Board Address to the attention of the Board representative as set out in the Contract Award Letter and to the Supplier Address to the attention of the Supplier Representative as set out in the Supplier’s Submission.
