The Remarketing Agent will agree to provide to beneficial owners of Class A Certificates copies of all notices that are to be provided to Holder of Class A Certificates upon its receipt of a written request from such beneficial owner(s) setting forth the address that such notices are to be sent, together with evidence of its beneficial ownership in a form reasonably satisfactory to the Remarketing Agent.
